One thing I'd pinpoint as probably making a difference between the Shampoo and Ukyo picture and the picture above is simply that the former from what I can tell was something Umojar himself came up with and the latter is a commission. It being a commission pretty much means he has to exactly or closely deliver what the commissioner wants and if the commissioner wants six characters together getting tickled on their feet in one long stock there really isn't much you can do about it.
I'm kind of half and half on it myself, I generally like it, but can also see how it's boring in a way, particularly since Umojar does a lot of pictures in a similar vein, most of which again are commissions. I do think it really would have benefited from being broken up in two separate pieces, either strictly /m and strictly /f or characters grouped based on their relationships or something. Perhaps a bit partial towards the former since it would mean female Ranma could have been included.
It does have good points which do Umojar credit however, such as not all the expressions being the same, not all the feet looking the same or even being the same skin tone, and the pairs of hands not all tickling the same spot or in the same manner. Personally I also like the fact that their removed footwear is shown.
Can see why you could say the Ukyo and Shampoo picture has a bit more character to it since the way Ukyo is restrained isn't as cookie cutter as stocks are and the fact that it's one on one and one human tickling another gives it a more intimate feeling, not to mention the devious expression Shampoo has on her face. Looking at from a personal fetish perspective, can't say for sure I like it better than the Interrogation picture, but outside of that it does seem more interesting.
I have never actually watched Ranma, though it does look like something I'd enjoyed from what little I have seen, certainly wouldn't mind seeing more artwork of it either.
