It's probably missing a file in the SE folder, so if anyone has an old download of this game–translated, untranslated, I don't care–I'd be much obliged.

Actually, if anyone could tell me the name of the file that's missing, I could simply rename one of the sound files and fix this myself. Anyone?

Oh they were trying to do it "officially" with permission. I assumed they just stumbled across it, translated, saw some shit they didn't like and decided "EW PEDO SHIT UNCLEAN UNCLEAN".

Oh wait a second, "Daabura"? He's made a ton of those 3D Custom Girl images or whatever, right? Damn, I had wished I could read whatever story he had written along with them but it was a treat just saving all those great pictures. I'm sure the guy has a talent for writing too.

Is there no one involved in the translation that would participate again? I've thought about making a general translation request thread here but that seems like a waste of time because nobody would.

As for the translation thing, they've all done a runner. I know how to de-crypt RPG files though and if wanted, can do so for anyone who wants to take up the mantle on translating this

Well a good overall story isn't really needed to have a good narrative, especially for describing erotic or otherwise provacative situations. Those kind of stand on their own as a story.

Well the description of scenes isn't the best, it's certainly a lot better than a lot of the stories you find on DA (But that's not exactly hard). It hasn't got the level of description you get from ToG, Laughing Isles or Laughing House. But that's not to say it's bad, it's just pretty brief. I was gonna screenshot an example, but I forgot I haven't gotten the nilla VX RTP installed on my new computer. Sorry!

I wish there were no combat mechanics in that game, it's such shit. The overall story from what I've seen is pretty lame too but the event placement and narrative for game overs and stuff are pretty great. If there were cheat codes I'd actually bother to play again and seek them all out.

Ahh ToG…. It had an interesting story, it was just locked behind an unnecessarily cruel mode of the game. It's also what seems to of led to it's development halting.

As for Laughing House, that's cause I literally can't do "erotic" stuff… I literally don't understand it! I'm that "assexual" thing… This whole foot and tickle stuff I do isn't technically a fetish since it doesn't arouse me, it's more of an "adoration".

Laughing Isles is bloody fantastic, personally I'd rate it the top out of the list there! Seriously, AW's scenes are fantastic and I really hope he can continue work on this piece (though I fear he, like many I know, have kinda disappeared after TT went down. I know it's back now but it's a bit of a husk of what it once was and this whole "TT is dead…. no wait, it's back now" schtick has happened way too many times to want to continue investing effort in to it)

I've never heard of Laughing Isles. Where is it?

Kinda bummed about Laughing House being on hold. I just love the concept of getting tickled in a haunted house setting, complete with unsuspecting girls and horror stereotypes. It's inspired me to make my own horror tickle game (if that's even a genre).

When you first enter that room, you have to walk along the wall to the left or right, avoiding walking in the center most path. I was stuck at that part for a while a few years back, but quickly found the solution.

I'm just going to leave this here… the best tickling related game I've played, easy.

It's ok, but the writing is a bland. Too many screens of just HAHAHAs. Also, too many needless mazes. If you're going to remove the combat from the "tickle RPG" scenario, don't add something just as irritating and time-consuming. I wish more of them were like the snake maze.

I've played it for a bit, but seems kinda shitty. Haven't seen any tickle scenes yet so I'll give it the benefit of a doubt until I've played it some more. That brown nosing over at the TMF is just awful though.

I saw a few videos of a Japanese tickle RPG the other day on nico. It was basically about a girl exploring her high school's tickling mysteries at night to save her friend who apparently had a laughing breakdown.

Seemed a pretty fun, non-combat puzzle game. I don't read Japanese, but the point seems to be to find items that let you counter tickle events, then collect and do said events in the right order to avoid any bad ends where you get tickled to madness.

This is quickly turning out to be one of the better ones available. The scenes are fairly descriptive, there's no blocks of HAHAHAs, and with the soul egg mechanic you can basically see them whenever you want. I just wish the soul egg drops were more consistent. Plus, the writer seems to be more of an upper body fan so that's an extra A+++ from one lover of ticklish tummies to another.
