As for this thread, since it's more recent we'll keep it alive. I locked the first thread and linked to it in the OP.

Like I said in the last thread: Lugia is my favorite target, along any Legendary bird in general.
In an upcoming pic, my two Lugia girls that you see here will be getting some long overdue tickles alongside an (un)lucky third legendary babe.
Who will be the third?
You have until 1PM EDT on March 11 to tell me.

>Charizard.
>probably literal roaring laughter
>From the Pokémon files, it's recorded that its fiery breath is capable of melting boulders and massive glaciers.
>Just to drop figures: in Pokémon Stadium, a Charizard can quickly melt glaciers weighing 10,000 lbs. That's about 1,518,373.2430328 kJ, which is the energy needed to just melt the ice; you'll require a lot more to raise the temperature of the water so that it doesn't just turn back to ice. You'd be lucky if you manage to melt less than a quarter of the ice, and even then it'll very soon freeze back up.
>To melt that much ice, a Charizard would need to exert a little over the equivalent of combusting 11.96 gallons of gasoline. To then evaporate that much water, it would then immediately have work comparably to burning the equivalent of just over 80.97 gallons of gasoline.
>So when your Pokémon can produce flames that reach temperatures of at least 1200°C and higher, but can considerably lower the intensity to inflict terrible pain upon its enemies, you'll be wanting to gag it with non-toxic fire-retardant materials. Preferably something that doesn't encourage carcinogenicity in humans and Pokémon.
>If you use the move Rock Smash as an estimate on its strength, then you'll want to fit it with high-strength low-alloy steel bar and chain restraints, and be mindful of getting its wings and thrashing tail all strung up also.
>The bars should be about 4 in. thick.
>10/10, would tickle a Charizard with all the right precautions in place. Also make use of the paralysis status condition to keep it in check.
>In all likelihood, I'd be convicted for Pokémon abuse allegations.

Although nonconsensual tickle torture is way hotter, if I can't get the materials for it I'd just use a psychic type to make them stay still one way or another. And even if I can get the materials, I'll have to probably mind-wipe unless they end up liking it.
If they truly respect me, they'll understand I have needs, dammit.

>to make them stay still one way or another.
Tickling sadist confirmed. High five!
>if I can't get the materials for it I'd just use a psychic type to make them stay still
That makes sense. I can see how some kinds of psychic powers can be sustained for a prolonged period of time, forcing them into submission or restraint.
>And even if I can get the materials, I'd probably have to mind-wipe them unless they end up liking it.
Charizard wakes up each morning wondering why his wrists are feeling a tad bit tender, and why he hasn't recovered all of his HP with a full night's rest. It's as if he fainted, but he can't recall any battle taking place last night. His memory blacks out, drawing blanks when attempting to recall the events of the night before.
The issue of breakfast often stops the curiosity there, but he still gets an uncomfortable sense of foreboding at the thought of nightfall? And then he is made to remember each forgotten night. Ever suppressed recollection is brought back vividly.
>If they truly respect me, they'll understand. I have needs—dammit!
So very messed up. High five!
>Although non-consensual tickle torture is way hotter,
It really is. Bonus points if it gives them an uncomfortable boner.

I might be sadistic, but not outright evil. I'll use Dream Eater to prevent this.
I'm more likely to do the same thing repetitively anyway, and the repeated "trauma" would most likely start seeming familiar, then pieces could start getting put together.

>"Whoa, whoa, dude! I ain't a complete monster, alright?! But should certain preventative measures became less and less effective through repeated use, and the ongoing nightly occurrences begin to become all that much more familiar, with the pieces slowly starting to get put back together…"
I think the word serendipity is the wrong one to use here, unless you're looking for new levels of torture. Lovely.
As for the pokémon that would be your accomplice in all things tickling and perverse:
>Hypnosis.
>Dream Eater will always fail if the target is not asleep.
>How Dream Eater reacts with the Substitute move depends on what rules you're using, but unless your target Pokémon has it, then you need not bother.
A high-level Haunter or Gengar would be perfect for the role of suppressing and blurring your victims most recent memories, and assisting in the actual tickling of your victim. Maybe some other kind of dark, ghost, or psychic type would be more suited to your tastes.
Other helpful tools:
>Leech Seeds to bind stubborn Pokémon.
>Something that can disable a Pokémon from using its attacks or drain away its power points entirely.

Lechensko, it's cool that you are commishing pokemon pics, but mix it the fuck up sometimes. No one wants to see your charmander tickle the same few species or vis versa over and over and over again, in the same damn way. Jesus man, have some creativity.

Pokémon often enjoy an affectionate tickling, and who is to say that a misbehaving Pokémon couldn't benefit from some disciplinary tickling. I think that we can all agree that tickling is just far too beneficial for Pokémon and should be performed regularly.
