Disappointing how ultimately uninteresting it is. The hands don't look like they're doing anything and the girl doesn't make any interesting reactions. Not very good fan service if that's what they were going for. The first image is stitched from a CG in the game, second is from Pixiv.
I don't really like linking Pixiv sets, but you can use saucenao.com to reverse-search it. It was the only tickling image in that set, but the artist has drawn others.
You need to register to see stuff on Pixiv, but that shouldn't be too difficult. The tag for tickling art is "くすぐり". As with any other site, though, you'll have to dig a bit to find good art.
If you're only interested in his Komaru art, that one up there and these are all he's drawn. It's also the only fanart of that scene I'm aware of, but who knows about that.

This is why I have such a hard time getting into japanese tickle anything. I watched this and I felt like she was being groped more than anything. I know I'm not the only one who finds tickling scenes in a lot of anime, manga and even live action to be more gropey and painful than anything else. Anyone have some incite as to why so much of their tickling stuff is portrayed or rendered as suffering or where full on laughter doesn't occur as much as in western depictions.

I have no real insight, but why their tickling stuff may come off as more painful or focused on suffering could be what they go for over laughter since tickling can really have a sado masochistic undertone. I honestly think its a cultural norm based on how women are taught the appropriate way to react to tickling.
