Take a moment to recognize the syntax: a declarative statement was used to convey an extreme stance that sets out to detail specific instances where an act does not allegedly constitute rape. These instances are atypical if not outright impossible, especially given the case where digimon are mentioned. (That's a major hint that Anon was joking.)
In context, the statement is neither derogatory or conciliatory. It was made with an emphasis to an opinion Anon feigned to hold. Notice the ellipsis that extends the punch line? Notice how it begins with the phrase, "I've said it once and I'll say it again"? The part that should remove all doubt as to whether or not that post ought to be taken seriously is the phrase "It's not rape if it's a […]"
