If you mean the posted images, then the theme is genital tickling, which was a running theme in some of the threads, unless you mean 'Slusho!', then it's a Cloverfield reference. If you remove those locks, are those metal bits not still fastening the wood in place? You would need a large set of bolt cutters or a file to get through those. You would have to go through all four of them to get him out of that. Maybe that's the point. Why bother with anything else if locks like that can just be picked. If anything, the locks are just deadweight to slow down any escape attempt, and to make a jangling noise if he somehow manages to move about much during an escape. They even felt a need to put a metal clasp around his tail – tethered to ball and chain no less! (Houdini escape artistry levels of excess.) How would any captor realistically expect him to escape from something like that?

The commission actually just asked for me and Firebird tickled. Bebob decided to include the Colonel. Once I realized who it was my reaction was pretty much "wat." But then I showed FB and we both agreed it was as funny as hell.

But if you are going to argue with strangers, we have an onsite IRC channel with a native web browser IRC client already set up to run it (unless you were a total boss and have already got yourself Hexchat or one of its competitors), so you can argue to your hearts' content, thereby avoiding identity confusion. One of the issues with IRC groups is that using them can make slow threads even slower, but it's not like we really chat all that much here anyway. It can end horribly, no matter what we do.
The moral of the story is to use tripcodes if you're making multipost replies with someone. (Or not! I'm not the boss! Do what you want with the liquor cabinet. Your house, your rules.) Ever since the great Sassysnake reveal, there has been almost no discussion on what, if anything, should happen to her characters.
Based on conversations I've had with Quinton, most if not all belonged to Jessica (for the purpose of this post we shall assume Jessica is/was a real person). He doesn't really feel comfortable drawing them, a sentiment that is understandable for various reasons that must seem all too obvious.
However, the number of attractive ticklish snakes, while a nonzero number, is still a small one at that. And sadly it seems that no one is really taking any measures to correct that.
And yet we have a menagerie of rather attractive ticklish snake girls that are sitting in the barn doing nothing, along with a couple other chars (such as Abby).
Simply put I feel no reason to let them sit idly by and not get the tickling that many would argue they deserve. So I shall provide for that.
TLDR: In the future (probably in the next TK-12 cycle) I'm going to be getting art of Sassy and her friends tickled until someone tells me to stop.

Funny you ask that. I've actually had my own plans for Elle for some time now (I'm actually using her in a story collaboration on writing.con along with Sassy). The problem is that Elle doesn't exactly fit in with the world of Helios and his friends which is meant to be a fairly realistic world. So if I do end up doing stuff with Elle (and my battlemage gryphoness char Mira) they're gonna have to be explicitly fantasy settings, and sadly that's not my *strongest* suite.
Actually the fact we don't see her face doesn't bother me as much as it did in the past if only because her helm has become synonymous with her character. But I'd be interested in seeing what she looks like under the mask all the same.

A story collaboration? Well, in terms of fantasy you really don't need to know much to work off it. :D Seriously. Though you could always have them… 'plucked' from their respective worlds. Since Aii is able to hop between worlds, whose to say all characters are bound to their own world. Hell, I just read a fan fic that had Celia tickling Garrus. Never thought I'd read something like that. You could even do it in a simple yet ominous way; have them awake in your preferred setting completely unaware of how or why they are there. Work it however you like, just have fun with it. Honestly, I'm almost jumping to know you warmed up to Ellehaha's helm.
