They're VERY over the top, simple feather stuff tends to make the girls scream their heads off but they're also completely able to carry on coherent conversations in between totally being tortured. They tend to be VERY storyline heavy, which turns a lot of people off.
Now to their credit, I am a fan. And somehow, for reasons I can't explain, the obvious staged nature of the videos actually seems to help me enjoy them for whatever reason. Like my dick doesn't realize it's all a put-on even if it couldn't be more obvious to my brain. I got some of those old Calstars. Was never a huge fan of the Laughing Gas ones. Never into the obviously fake gas stuff. Maybe bought five of their videos over the years. But I had a hard drive crash a while back and I e-mailed a bunch of producers seeing if I could re-download clips I had bought. Most said they needed receipts, which of course I didn't have, but a few, including the Laughing gas guy made the clips available for me. He ain't my favorite producer, but he didn't have to make the clips available again, so that was pretty cool.
