Adobe Premier Elements, but my PC itself is a piece of shit and won't edit larger videos, so I edit the segments by themselves then combine them into one video.
And because the camcorder makes everything look like I'm shooting with a Gameboy Camera,I have to edit a lot to make it watchable. Which is infuriating because on the actual (albeit cheap and notoriously shitty) camera I do use, the action looks great on the screen. More or less. Truth be told the BEST method was asking friends of mine, but I understand wanting to avid the humiliation of being "outed" or having them caught off guard by it, so Craigslist starting off is the best method. Arabella, Kody, and Bri were all CL responses.

By contrast, here's a success. Tay from the last few videos. An old classmate (not even really a close friend, just someone I knew), a quick simple proposition, an ability to communicate my idea and ease her concerns, and do everything while not looking like a mouth breather.
The hardest part will be the absolute first video, as a lot of the easiness later on will be showing off your videos as examples to new people is invaluable. "Hey wanna let me tie you up and tickle torture you while i record it?" is going to put a mental image in peoples heads that might not be entirely fun, but "Here, this is what it is. Check it out." will let them know your intent and that you're up to code.
At first, craigslist will be your go to. People will (eventually, I can't stress enough how many time you'll have to repost your ad before your first inquiry) come to you. From there you should eventually get one or two quality shoots and have a nice little sample selection, which you can then shop around to other potential models and that may sway them as well.

I liked your clip. I generally just lurk here, but I thought I'd offer a bit of business advice to those asking questions about paperwork and such.
Anytime you have nudity, you MUST get a copy of the driver's license of ANY person who appears on camera (even a hand). You should probably do that anyway, just to be safe. This is in compliance with 2257 rules on age verification for any vid shot after 1997.
If the model is using a stage name, make note of it, as well as her full legal name.
Always get a "model release" form signing the rights over to you in any present or future format. This establishes you as the owner of the video content and establishes that the model has willingly appeared in your video. This also allows you to do anything you like with the video, including re-edit, make still frames, ect. You can find generic model release forms online.
These records must be maintained either physically or digitally at a designated residence and a disclaimer stating this and the location should be present before any vid clip you sell..
As James stated, models (especially pros) are often accompanied by boyfriends. Just remember that this is strictly business for them. Amateurs I can't speak about, but I would treat them the same.
Lastly, I'll comment on cost. If you're doing it for fun, just try to keep costs down. If it's for profit, don't overspend. A pro model isn't worth more than $200. You pay anymore than that and you are only paying for her rep and that only goes so far. You also want to consider the equipment you use such as digital camera, lighting, editing software and, in our case, costumes, props and special effects software if you are doing theme/story driven stuff. But most producers don't so it's a non issue.
I hope this is helpful. We've been doing vids since 1997 and are always willing to give advice to new producers wanting to start their own videos.

Absolutely. If you're going pro, you need to offer quality. With so many choices out there, customers have started demanding better quality, better bondage equipment ect. Granted, you don't have to spend a fortune. You just have to do your homework and be dollar wise. Getting a video site off the ground is pretty inexpensive these days. The most important thing you need, next to a decent camera, is something that sets you apart from the rest of the producers. We do stories and costumes. That's a very small niche for tickling. Most producers don't do that or don't do it well.
Tickle Abuse or Tickle Challenge, like a number of producers, did their own thing and became identified with a certain aesthetic in the fetish. Right this second if you were to kick in, it goes to video hosting (switching to Vimeo pro for $60 a year) unless you specifically wanted it to go towards something else, at which point just send an email or ask here. In general though it all ends up going towards something for the site through one way or another.
