They may not be available everywhere, but for me on the east coast in the US, I can generally find them in one of the local stores in my area near the cash registers. K-Mart, ShopRite, Walmart, etc.

Your best bet would probably be to ask one of the workers at one of your stores if they do sell them. I used to get them as gifts from my aunt, and the actual card would vary. Sometimes it'd be Mastercard, sometimes Visa.

I don't know a thing about Idolmaster but every time I look at these images starting in the OP I think I like it more. How much would it cost to get someone to translate and edit in so much text? I'd chip in a good amount to pay for it.

For Idolmaster? I'd guess around $40-60. For Cinderella, $63-84. The author includes a textless version of each of the images, so editing the text in would be easy.
