You can be 100% for gays and gay freedom and their complete acceptance in our society while being against things like the fact that they haven't managed to stop their urban communities from being reservoirs for STDs. It's one thing to be gay, it's quite another to have hundreds of sex partners.
You can be 100% for transgenders and their full acceptance, while regarding genderqueer/genderfluid tumblrinas with visible mental issues to be exactly the losers that they are.
Everyone should be against the fat acceptance movement, for obvious reasons.
So, there are some nuances here, and it can be based upon more than just personal preferences. It can be based upon the ability to remain healthy, to function in the real world, to attract a partner or partners, and to contribute to society in some way; rather than some parasite demanding acceptance.
Everyone has to have some standards.
