So taking spiro should cause a reduction in testosterone with eventual testicular atrophy, right? So after the testicles shrink, does the need to keep taking spiro also go away? I ask because I'm wondering, since GGs also need some testosterone, I wonder if it's a good idea to "stop" taking spiro after a certain point so you can have GG levels of testosterone. Anyone know about this or have any links or something?

You basically need to keep taking spiro and estrogen forever or you will go back to looking like a dude (with large man boobs). But as far as I'm aware, transsexual pornstars go off spiro and estrogen for a little while when they need to "perform" (shoot loads).

I'm coming up on the 3-month mark for HRT. At around 1 month, I was getting very little coming out when I ejaculated and it was all mostly clear.
About a week ago, I started taking 1 lecithin and 1 pygeum capsule along with my other stuff once a day. Just now (hue) I noticed that I was cumming about double what I was before and it was a bit cloudier than it was before (but not even CLOSE to what it looked like pre-HRT.)

If you're going to be doing anti-androgens you need to take time off every now and then in order to give your boy-bits time to recover, otherwise you'll lose use of them. I think it's one in every four months, or one in every three months. Your best off asking your doctor.
Taking cum-production suppliments like lecithin and pygeum will increase the amount you cum, but its an uphill battle and won't do you much good if you've burned your balls.
