So any other herbal using traps?

I currently taking:
Saw Palmetto (recommended dosage of 3 per day)
Skullcapp(recommended dosage of 2 per day)
Spearmint tea(2 cups perday)
Pueraria Mirifica(not sure how much i should take waiting on it in mail)

Should I up the dosage on these? What do you guys take?

I also switched my diet to vegetarian and eat lots of soy and beans now.

Not OP, but hormones are difficult as shit to get a hold of and in some places that are more conservative, psychologists will do everything in their power to prevent you from getting them, trying to make you accept your current condition.
