you may know more about this
what about the soy and the estrogens?
it works? how well it works?

I think it does have an effect in huge quantities, but only on some of the things you think it might. There's very few cases of something happening, one is a 60 year old man who developed breasts after drinking 3/4 of a gallon of soy milk every day. They went away after he stopped. If you try the same you probably won't get the same results, but Gallon Of Soy Milk A Day might do something.

If the cause is the phytoestrogens in soy milk, then he was taking in 90,000 micrograms of them a day, according to this:

If that's true, then 100g of soy beans gives you more than that, and 100g of flax seeds gives you 4x that.

Three things to keep in mind about soy.

One is that it is one of the more allergenic foods.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Soy_allergy

Secondly, soybean products are almost always heavily processed. Even if you're getting health food stuff, you are eating processed foods, which most of us want to limit somewhat.

Thirdly, unless the soybean product is organic or says Non-GMO, the soybeans will be genetically modified.

If you like soy products, feel free to use them, but don't eat vast amounts of soy to load up on phytoestrogens. There are better alternatives.

I didn't mean just doing HRT, but you could do herbal supplements for a more mild effect.

I don't have any direct experience on this, but this anon does >>5136

There are a number of herbs out there with these effects. Account of how well they work vary greatly, but if you want to experiment, this is a better approach than eating tons of soy. IMHO.

>>5244 agree I've heard ts' on cam mention using herbs for a year before actually going on hormones (I think because the meds themselves were too expensive but now they can afford them). What those herbs are I don't know but I'm sure a google search should be able to help you.
