Three things to keep in mind about soy.
One is that it is one of the more allergenic foods.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Soy_allergySecondly, soybean products are almost always heavily processed. Even if you're getting health food stuff, you are eating processed foods, which most of us want to limit somewhat.
Thirdly, unless the soybean product is organic or says Non-GMO, the soybeans will be genetically modified.
If you like soy products, feel free to use them, but don't eat vast amounts of soy to load up on phytoestrogens. There are better alternatives.
