Like the previous person said, you need to exercise to lose some weight, but most importantly to tone your body. You want it to be lean. Just google for exercises designed for females and you'll find plenty.
You need to wear some makeup as well, but keep it natural until you get a hang of the basics. If you go to youtube and search for "no-makeup makeup" you will get a lot of tutorials. To avoid getting any acne of blemishes, I recommend a face wash that contains salicylic acid on it, it does wonders to maintain a clear skin. And let your hair grow; at least until it reaches your shoulders. Then curl it or give it some volume.
