Before transition I was pretty gender non-conforming when it came to clothing anyway, so going out in a skirt wasn't all that of a huge step. It did feel great after the initial anxiety and fear wore off.

hehehe i remember my first time, i was about to open the door of my house, but i forze of fear in the door for 1 hour, im not kidding, of course im more confident nowdays, but im still embarrased outside since some people notice im not a girl

i let you a photo of me going out with "female clothes" and i use quotes there since its just a short and stockings, and yes i know, i was stupid and i look terrible.

An Alestorm concert last February was the most femme I'd ever been dressed outside. I was about 3 months on hrt and decided to do it just to see what I could get away with. I wore jeggings and a smaller women's jacket with another band shirt that I thought looked ok on me, and also some light (shitty) makeup on.

IMO I looked ok but I'm pretty sure I was not passing at all. When I left my house I felt pretty anxious, but the hour drive there pretty much killed all of it and I felt better by the time I found parking.

I did once, it was a very shitty cosplay but it was still very nice to do and i hope ill feel more confident once to actually just wear girl clothes

In my 2nd semester of senior year I straight up went to school in a dress, wig, and makeup. Things went pretty well considering its a pretty conservative state, no hecklers but mostly just strange looks/questions. Apparently there was trash talk behind my back but it definitely went better than I had anticipated.

Note: I didn't really pass at all then but I get close sometimes now, still no HRT or anything.

T.T I really wish I would someday. But I feel like It would take a good friend/group of friends to help push me to really go through with it. It can be a hard step to take on your own.

There's been plenty of occasions in my life where I've been mistaken as a girl even without proper fashion. I'm usually walking a line somewhere in between. But to actually go all out in public… I don't know, I'm conflicted. I would probably need a push, or maybe, it's just me being lazy about it.
