Ok, so one story I've read is Katie Ayanami died in a car crash…

The 2nd story is she has simply stopped using her Darktrap/Katie Ayanami persona on the internet and is living a nice normal life as a young transgender woman, and if she is online anywhere she simply keeps yourself anonymous.

I was a big fan of hers and this is what I've pieced together.

Her last porn site update and blog update where both in Dec 2011.

Her last comment on another Trap's blog post on her blog site was in April 2012.

She deleted all of her photos and replaced them with the laughing man icon from Ghost in the Shell in June 2012.

Deleted her youtube and myspace page in late 2012

Did one or two status updates on her facebook page in early 2013 then deleted her facebook page in mid 2013.

So it's safe to say Katie simply decided to disappear from the internet and live a nice normal life. Whatever she's doing now I hope she's happy and well.

She was just in jail about two weeks back. Also her apartment got trashed because she violated her probation somehow and the police raided her home looking for something and broke down the door and smashed the windows.
