It actually wouldn't, since I don't see people opting for having a man or woman dominate them for cross dressing unless they have some pretty deep fantasies about this.
The desire to go transgender is a big step, and most of the people who feel some drive to do it probably don't, even in 2015. Nicole Ramos did a video recently about working at a mostly gay restaurant where there was one gay guy in his 50s who was really obnoxious to her, to the point where she had to leave. She found out that when he was younger, he had considered going transgender, but didn't do it. His problem with her was that she was passable, which seems to have awakened a lot of malice from him.
