Are you certain you need full facial surgery?

If you only need rhinoplasty (nose job), that is usually under $5K.

OP here.

I am not on HRT yet, but I am feeling very displeased with my jaws and nose in general. I read that you can also fix your eye brows by cutting away some skin from the forehead; yet these procedures alone would cost me more than $5K. :(
