When I was a kid, the name plastic surgery made it sound like they used plastic, which was gross. Of course, they mean the old definition of something that can shaped into a different appearance.

Learn in depth about what procedures you'd want to have done. Some like nose jobs/rhinoplasty have been done literally millions of times for decades. It is pretty safe with reliable results, so long as you have a good surgeons. Some of the more extensive facelifts can occasionally be disasters.
