Shit could hit the fan at any time brother. Be prepared for it. Best strategy is to stay away from the riots, looting and chaos when the crisis(es) begin to unfold. You want to stay away from major cities, the cities will be death traps, likely the first areas that will be under total lockdown and near impossible to escape. Suburban areas will quickly turn into a war zone as well, most suburban families are just not prepared enough to survive, thus will be prime targets of looters, marauders and other desperate criminals to pillage, rape and kill. Remember what accompanies a currency collapse: mass murder, widespread starvation and cannibalism. You'll need the basic necessities to say the least (food, water, guns/ammo/clips/cleaning kits, products for sanitation like soap toilet paper rags and waste disposal too). Many people will die from disease due to lack of sanitation before they die of starvation. They'll scrounge for scrap like rats to eat if need be, so people won't die off as quick as you might expect. If you are prepared, you also be ready to board up, and have a katy-bar for you're door too. They'll come to take what you have, and they'll kill to get it! Sleep shifts will be dire too, if you live with a family member. Sleep with you're guns loaded. I already do.
