The first thing I want to ask you guys is, do you want to know who I am? Because I'm pretty sure you guys don't know who I am, and I'm not sure if you guys want to know, now that I'm the only moderator here.

It's become apparent to me that I'm not able to separate my personal feelings and discomfort towards certain topics and be a competent moderator. I'm leaving now, I hope the other mod does a better job than I was able to. I'm sorry if anyone felt like I had split the community apart, that was never my intention. I made this board when people were threatening to leave /ttgg/ forever because of NFA, and I thought if I made somewhere people felt more comfortable then nobody would have to leave. I don't think we can ever go back to how we were when season 2 of twdg first started, and regardless of my intentions and hopes this community is splintered. I never meant to cause any trouble or frustration. I hope eventually either everyone is united on one board, or at least is able to get along. I have trouble articulating so I hope you are all able to understand my regret and guilt. I hope none of you hold any ill-will towards me, I really do love /ttgg/ and I don't think I could have enjoyed the games TellTale put out this much without you all.

I should play that episode again because not only am I overdue for a second playthrough and a quick refresh of the events, I'm still trying to figure out certain details why I didn't enjoy it that much. I will say some of my biggest problems were probably the way certain characters and their relationships were handled (Vasquez, August, Fiona and Sasha) and the bizarre plotting and pacing. Neither of Fiona's and Sasha's development went anywhere this episode and Fiona continues to feel too enigmatic and half-baked as a main character compared to Rhys. Vasquez suddenly changing from Dick Dastardly to "sympathetic" villain felt pointless and certain actions of his don't make sense to me. I have no idea why August's character is still in this story other than to act as a poor Vasquez-equivalent to Fiona despite having very little connection to her other than she scammed him once. I also came out of this episode liking Rhys's character less and I'm still not sure why. I guess this isn't really going into detail but like I said I feel like I need to replay the episode to get a better idea why I didn't like it.

"Sympathetic" likely isn't the right word (hence the quotes) but near the end in the hallway Vasquez tries to give Rhys a pep talk about he isn't that different from him and how he's tried to be a father/mentor to him and and I just didn't buy it. Not what Vasquez said but that he was genuinely trying to connect with Rhys. It felt out of nowhere considering how I thought I understood his character. I couldn't really grasp what the writers were trying to do with him this episode. I'll give that I'm likely not remembering certain details correctly since I only played it when it came out.

Guardians of the Galaxy 2 and the third Thor movie are set to be released in 2017, as well as a Spider-man movie, Wolverine movie, and a Fantastic Four movie. Out of all of these, I'd say Wolverine is the most natural choice for a Telltale game, as Wolverine can make good or bad decisions while still being a good guy, and without breaking his character. Kinda like Bigby.

I think that's it makes the question more interesting when it's adult Clem because in that case her feelings towards Lee aren't the result of an awkward phase and neither of them can just rely on time and maturity to make them "go away". In other words, they can't just ignore or dismiss the issue if they want to keep their relationship intact. What I wonder is how they'd deal with it.

This has always been one of the more unbelievable common aspects of the zombie genre to me. Not the military getting overwhelmed and defeated, but getting utterly annihilated and quickly so. If a few civilians can band together and survive for years why wouldn't a vestige of a well-trained, well-equipped military survive in some form like an enclave?

The only zombie stories I can think that don't immediately wipe out the armed forces as a significant entity are The Last of Us and World War Z. Then again I don't consume a lot of zombie media so I don't know how many exceptions there are.

Luke was a pretty boring and inconsistently written character but I wish TT had stuck to their guns and played his rivalry with Kenny out, weak as it was. I actually wish S2 was done completely differently from the start but that's another discussion.

To be fair, most of the survivors are from down south. Very few of them had probably ever seen a frozen lake in their entire lives, so they probably didn't know important stuff like that the ice is thinnest at the shore, and not to go single-file because it doesn't work like a damn minefield.

What pisses me off the most is that they abandoned the Luke vs Kenny rivalry way before Luke even died. I would have found it much more believable if just a few from the cabin group (Luke being the prime candidate) had a problem with Kenny, instead of literally everyone being pissed at him. The latter option that TTG took just seems lazy.
