>>20867Good morning anon.
Tae actually edited that pic so here you go.
No.20870
I suppose now would be a good time to mention that I've been thinking about messaging Tae on Pixiv. I haven't messaged her yet because I'm not sure what to say. But then I came up with an idea that'll alleviate this problem, and hopefully make the message mean something more to her. Let's all write it together. Reply to this post with a message that you want included in the PM I'm going to send to Tae.
>>20869Oh nice, I didn't know about that version.
No.20871
>>20870I think this is a great idea, I'm sure she'd appreciate it. I'll probably be a while before I write a message I'm satisfied with, but I'll post one for sure.

>>20877Well, you can thank her for the great OC she's contributed to ttgg and hope that she's doing well. That's what I'm going to write. Your message doesn't have to be very long or elaborate either, just sincere and plainly stated and I'm sure she'll appreciate it.
You can just right "From ttgg" in the subject field.
No.20880
>>20879>sameanonThis probably doesn't need to be said, but when you've written your message you should give it a second look to check for grammar and also to see if your satisfied with what you've written.
No.20881
>>20879Alright, I was planning to ask her to come back and try to convince her that things have been better since she was last here, but it might be a good idea to not focus on that too much.
No.20882
>>20881Don't message her. I don't want her back.

>>20881Yeah, it's better just to talk to her as an old friend rather beg her to come back, especially since we don't really know why she left.

>>20881I don't know, it seems a bit odd. Maybe she didn't like that "hugbox" we have.
No.20890
>>20889Somehow I doubt that was it. Didn't she leave around the time of that huge arguement on Clem's "birthday"?
No.20891
I feel like I'm almost done, but my writing is always so messy. Time to do a second draft and maybe even a third after that.
>>20889Why do you believe that? Just look through the drawfag threads and you can see Tae was appreciative of the support she got for her work. It feels good to have your work to recognized and admired by others and to be encouraged to make more. I think she left for a different reason other than that.
>>20890She became inactive about the time ttgg had it's last meltdown and finally seemed like it was going to fall apart.
>>11995 I'm guessing her departure and her putting her art blogs on indefinite hiatus at least had partially to do with that shitfest.
No.20892
>>20890No, she left after that drama with NFA a few months ago.
No.20893
>>20892What drama? On here? How long was Tae posting here before she left? I remember seeing her post in the drawfag thread a couple times.
Maybe she just went on art hiatus? I've done that a couple times myself.
No.20894
>>20893Yes, here. It happened in community thread 32.
>>20891 has a link to the post where she left.
No.20895
>>20893I don't know when she started posting on ttgg, but she's been around here a
long time, certainly longer than me. She posted regularly on the /vg/ thread, well before the 8chan version existed and before she was called Tae. Hell, everyone thought she was a guy at the time or few realized all the art she posted was by the same anon. Anyway, she'd been contributing art on 4chan anonymously and later, when this place was created, posted art under the name Tae in the drawfag threads. She became recognized, gathered a following, and then made her Pixiv and website. She was generally well liked and people loved her art, they still do. This pic is one of the earlier works she posted.
As for why she became inactive, she never really explained, but apparently she recently posted just a couple threads ago that she was still lurking.
No.20896
>>20895>*and few realized all the art she posted No.20897
>>20895>but apparently she recently posted just a couple threads ago that she was still lurking.A few anons doubted it was really her though. That's one of the reasons why I want to write her this message on Pixiv. If it wasn't her that posted that a few threads ago, we need to let her know how much we miss her and want her back. If she is still lurking, then she might post here telling us that we don't have to do that.

Damn, no DJ or SFManon tonight. SFManon must've spent the night with his special lady. I'm gonna go to bed now. We'll likely need a new thread when I get back so I worked on it now before going to bed. I'll post it when I get back. Good morning /ttgg/.

Hello /ttgg/.
>>20898>SFManon must've spent the night with his special ladyI would've come home, but I was too cheap to pay for a taxi and she offered me to stay. Not sure how much I would've contributed anyways.

>>20912 I think it's because you and SFManon are some of those most visibly active members on ttgg so it's noticed when either of you haven't been active. People look forward to your posts. I hope you feel better soon.
