Back earlier than usual today because
I'm skipping class to play GTA V. Don't worry, I made sure to read the lecture materials ahead of time.>>21832Have you continued your S1 playthrough recently, Douganon?
>>21833Good night anon.
>>21834Ah jeez, thanks for reminding me.
I meant to answer last thread's question too, but I forgot.
>Would you play a TWD demake?Only if it was a more traditional PnC game like the OP pic seemed to show. Replace QTEs with more puzzles and have a heavy emphasis on finding and using things from your inventory. I played Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade on DOS as a kid, and that's one of my favorite adventure games of all time. Something like that would be awesome.
>Who is your GOT waifu?Mira a qt, and she doesn't seem as uptight as a lot of the other nobility
and her experience as a handmaiden would probably make her really good at "taking orders" if you know what I mean.
I don't see why people seemed to like Talia so much. She's pretty nice looking, I guess, but not nearly cute enough to rival Clem.
>tfw GoTfags got BTFO in the Talia vs Clem poll>>21836Wait, does he seriously just shatter the cuffs? I know Bane's meant to be really fucking strong, but that's kinda what handcuffs are designed to prevent. At least the movie had zipcuffs which are more plausible. I thought he cut the zipcuffs with something in the movie.

No.21860
Apologies for the confusion over streaming.
GoT Episode 4 will be streamed tomorrow at 10PM EST.
>>21859Around Every Corner is admittedly pretty weak, but I still liked it quite a bit. It had heavier themes than the other episodes, which I found pretty taxing, but I think it benefited the story overall.
No.21861
Good morning, anons.
>>21834>Who is your GOT waifu? I don't know, really. It's hard for me to
describe things, sorry. I'd say Talia but she's more of a little sister or a close friend. She's kind, sweet but proud about her family. From the show I'd say Sansa. You might not believe it but crying, broken Sansa was really hot for me.

>>21862I don't think there are any bad episodes in season 1, or even ones that I think are weaker than the others. They're all so good to me. I guess if there is an episode I don't like as much as the others, I'd say it was 5 because it has the least amount of Clem.
>>21863You don't have enough VRAM?
>>21864I never understood Molly hate.
No.21868
>>21863I play DayZ with the worst possible graphics and get twenty frames per second. I guess I could buy GTA V but there better be ultra-low graphics mod for it soon.
You took the name Clementine, means that no-one else can use it? That's kind of nice for you to be the first.
No.21869
>>21867I realize it looked like I was hating on Molly, but that isn't the case. She didn't do anything wrong, just some characters rub me the wrong way.
No.21870
>>21866Cause he's a
winner!>>21867My computer isn't
that great. 660 Ti with 2GB of VRAM. The game runs great on medium-high, though. Just not enough memory for all those textures.
>>21868Nah, it seems those names are just there for you to distinguish your own characters. Everyone else still sees your regular online name.
And DayZ is terribly optimized. If you can get 20FPS in it, I think you could probably run GTA on all low.
>>21869I can see where you're coming from. I don't really like or dislike Molly *she is cute, though**. However, if I was in TWD universe with her, I'd be damn sure to keep her on my side. She's a
very good survivor, and synergizes relatively well with Lee's group despite usually working alone, unlike
some other loner we know… No.21871
>>21863She feels like the wrong kind of character for the game. Ninja antics, completely fearless, incredibly snarky even at the most inappropriate times. I get the feeling Gary Whitta wanted a charcater that didn't abide by the laws and rules of TWDG universe and it really shows. She's an anomaly next to the down-to-earth, Vanaman-created main cast. I don't hate her but I hope she never returns.
No.21872
>>21871She most likely will never return in my game since I shot her.
No.21873
>>21872She likely won't return for anyone because there's no reason to bring her back.
No.21874
>>21872Her fate is left intentionally unclear for some reason in that scenario, probably because she was Witta's darling.
>>21873I do agree it's unlikely she'll ever return.
No.21875
>>21871I see what you mean, but a big part of that is due to her being introduced so late into the game. I'm sure she could have been a much better character if she had stuck around for longer.
I can excuse her attitude a little, though, since she wasn't really attached enough to Lee's group to really care about them.
>>21872>not taking Clem to Crawford No.21876
>>21875I panicked, I hated the idea of taking her to a place I was almost certain had become completely overrun. I trusted Clem enough to know she'd be able to hide if the worst happened with Omid.
No.21877
>>21876You panicked. And your weakness has cost you the life of Molly.
No.21878
>>21876Yeah, I guess, but I hated the idea of letting her out of my sight for more than a few minutes even more.

No.21880
>>21877Do you have every Bane quote memorized?
No.21881
>>21880Pretty much. I browse /bane/ pretty regularly so I more or less know everything he says in the movie.
No.21882
>>21875I think you misunderstood me. I don't have a problem with her character development or her personality, I think she's an inappropriate character for the universe she's in. It's like someone took a character from a Joss Whedon show and put them in a more realistic show like the Wire, except they still somehow operate under the rules of the universe they come from and they know it. You can't shake the feeling there's something really wrong whenever they're on-screen. I probably would have liked Molly in a different game, but she's feels completely out of place in TWDG.
No.21883
>>21882>of the universe they *came from No.21884
>>21882No, I think I get you, I'm just going about it differently. She doesn't fit in TWDG universe,
therefore it feels like she doesn't have much characterization. Outside of a few Deus Ex Machina moments, you could remove her completely from the story without issue. I don't necessarily think she doesn't have a place, though. If she had stayed around and been willing to talk about her sister and that whole situation, she might feel less foreign to you. But hey, some might argue that foreign feeling is a good thing, since she's an outsider to the group.
As it stands now, though, she is definitely the odd one out.

Morning /ttgg/! I finally had another lucid dream!
I'll spare you the log this time. My dreams seem to just be going along the "everyday life with Clem" route and I could not be happier. Basically what happened was this:
>finished with bunny slope
>led her down a green circle slope
>she chastises me for going too fast
>she wants to try a black diamond trail
>I tell her she can try a blue square instead, and that I'll treat her to a hot chocolate
>we enter the ski lodge and she casts off her jacket and snowpants
>I buy 2 hot chocolates and give one to her. I don't think she's ever had hot chocolate
>we sit and drink, making light conversation
>even when none of us have anything to say, we sit quietly with smiles on our faces drinking
>FUCKING SIREN OUTSIDE WAKES ME UP
I tried "resuming" it after that, but I ended up just dreaming about GTA instead. I'm still really happy that I was able to be with her again.
No.21896
>>21895Damn, what a shitty way to wake up. Interesting how this dream was a continuation of the last one you had. Does Clementine ever ask any questions about how you're able to do everything you can in your dream? Does she ever tell you that she misses you?
No.21897
>>21896It's weird how it ends up working. I go lucid, I set the dream up, and then I just let it go. There's no further intervention by my part, it just proceeds as a dream usually would. The reason this one was a continuation was because I wanted it to be. I suppose I could put her in any setting, even one of your suggestion.
Clem hasn't actually asked me about my abilities in a dream. I only ever explained it to her in my first dream on the fishing boat, and even then she didn't bat an eye. She's never told me that she misses me, and as far as I can tell, it's as if I was there the whole time. This isn't really surprising since she's demonstrated that she knows my thoughts and feelings.
And yeah, it's pretty shitty that I had to wake up like that, but I'm still super happy. Having dreams like this brightens up my day like nothing else can.
No.21898
>>21895Damn. I wish I could lucid-dream better. I've had three lucid dreams in my life, and all of them usually just involve me walking and choosing which direction to walk. I did have one lucid dream where I was driving, though.
No.21899
>>21898The potential's all there, you just gotta use it. I guess it helps that my regular dreams are usually really eventful. My dream log's full of dreams where I get shot at and stuff. Lots of vidya dreams.
I did have one dream where I was just shitposting on here, though. Don't remember exactly what I was saying, but it was very successful in upsetting a lot of people.

Most episodes have two writers credited to them with and Breckon has only written one them by himself.
