I like to believe they'll have different routes with one main goal in common. And a cast of characters you interact with differently depending on your choice. Like, there'll be more conflict if you went with Kenny and Jane will probably tell you to ditch them or she'll ditch you, something like that.

Yes. Kenny's ending broke my heart but it healed right away when I had the option to stay with him.
