The game strongly encourages you to side against him as from episode 4 on, everybody in your group tries to convince you that Kenny is crazy and the game gives you two chances to shoot him, and one to abandon him. You only get one chance to abandon Jane. This leads to three ways you can get the alone and only one way to get the Kenny ending. Granted there's only one way to get the Jane ending too, but again, you're encouraged to shoot Kenny as you're given more than one opportunity to do so, you can still leave him even if you don't, and the game just spent two episodes telling you that he's crazy.

Two or three days depending on whether you choose to leave right away after Rebecca gives birth or wait, not that that choice matters. There's a nine day timeskip regardless of what ending you got anyway, which is probably supposed to explain why the place isn't still overrun, but are we seriously supposed to believe that there won't be even a few zombies still around? What could've possibly driven them away? Especially if they were drawn to Howe's with sound? Not to mention, if Alvin died in episode 2, Clementine blocks the door to Carver's office meaning there would be no way to get inside and shut off the speakers, so they should still be playing when Clem and Jane return.

Well, walkers do eventually lose interest in sound, so I guess you could handwave that part away. I'd have to read the comics or something to learn more about "herd dynamics" to really give a good answer on why the zombies would be gone from Howe's. I know that zombies do often travel in hordes, so perhaps the reason they all left was just because the horde happened to move away. Still not a very satisfying explanation, though.

Now the things Kenny does in season 2 are not only good things, but are actually important to the plot, so much so that things would be radically different without him. Not everything Kenny does is good, but the good things outweigh the bad, and again without him things would be different. Without Kenny, who would be the one to protect Clem from Carver's beating? Who would've killed Carver, ensuring that he would no longer be a threat? Who would've been the one to help Rebecca give birth to the baby? Who would've been the one to fix the truck so the group could travel more quickly? Who would've been the one to get Clementine to safety at Wellington?

Yeah, the whole Jaime thing is something I could never really hold against Jane, even as a Kennyfag. From the sound of it, there was nothing she could have done to prevent her death. It was either die with her, or jump and live. Personally I'd double suicide, but that's just me. Surviving day by day on my own for no reason sounds like a shit way to live.

That said, the fact that Jane had humanity before her sister died, doesn't necessarily mean that she still has it after her death.

Speaking of survivalism, how would you guys want to do it in the zombie apocalypse? Go lone wolf like Molly and Jane? Form or join small groups? Large groups? Or go with a partner, like say Christa or Nate?

Personally I like the partner idea the best. Groups, big or small have a lot of egos to deal with and aren't very mobile. Plus the supplies are spread thinner. Everyone has their own agenda, their family. They might be safer because there is safety in numbers, and if they can into agriculture, that's all the better. But if a disaster strikes, they're mostly fucked. Just look at Howe's and Crawford. Forts need to be maintained constantly and without mobility you're sitting ducks. Smaller groups have all the same problems as the big ones, except they also make easy targets.

Going solo is pointless for me, I don't feel like surviving just for the sake of survival. And even if I did, I'm fucked if I'm injured or sick.

A duo though. Someone loyal to you, someone who will watch your back, someone to have fun with, someone to keep you safe when you're debilitated, someone to fight for… That's the way I'd do it. Being nomadic is a lot safer. Maybe in the wilderness somewhere.

She was a good character. But I don't understand why her fans are still loyal to her. I mean, I sided with Kenny on the whole Larry/RV/moving on business, so when she decided to not help Lee and rat him out about the murder, I wasn't angry at her. She didn't think that he was a good person. I could see why. I genuinely felt horrible about everything she went through, but I was confident that it had to be done.

But then I did a Lillyfag playthrough. And she threw Lee under the bus by outing him as killer, even though he was her only ally. And it was only at that point that I decided that she wasn't a good person.

And I sure as hell don't go to the official forums, seeing as how they re full of eleven year old. So my exposure to the fanbase comes from the chans and youtube, and in my experience, Janefags are the ones who tend to troll, twist things and fling shit.
