No.7223
>How good do you think TWDS3 will turn out to be?
Very good, at least I hope it will be.
>What plotlines or themes would you like to see the TWD series tackle?
Even if you don't go to Wellington, I'd like to see something interesting about it collapsing or whatever. Also, a theme of mental stress would be neat.
>/ttgg/ will soon likely be repopulated by TftB and GoT fans. Is this a good or bad thing? Both or neither?
Good in the way that more people will post, but bad in the way that focus might shift away from TWD.
>What new franchise do you want Telltale to make a game about next?
Quite frankly I'd prefer if they stick to TWD, I don't care about any other franchises.
>What are you more hyped for, GoT or TftB? Why?
Memes from the Borderlels mostly, it has fuck all story to it so it doesn't matter if I haven't read/played the source material.
>What age do you want Clem to be in S3?*
12? A short time skip would be okay, but a long one would be disappointing.
>If Clem isn't the player protagonist in S3, what role do you think she'll play?*
Don't say such things, anon. Of course she'll be the protagonist.
>What art medium(s) and style(s) do you imagine an older Clem practicing and what would she draw? Imagine either the ZA never happened or she somehow found the materials, the time, and a safe place to draw regularly.
I have no idea. I studied art at a GCSE level and I still have no fucking clue about half of it.
No.7224
It's pretty quiet right now, so I guess I'll just answer the questions like I promised.
>How good do you think TWDS3 will turn out to be?
I think it might turn out good. Hopefully TTG realized the mistakes they made in S2, and if they're taking a new angle on it, it might turn out even better.
>What plotlines or themes would you like to see the TWD series tackle?
Perhaps the inner workings of a stable community like Wellington, i.e. farming, hygiene, etc. Kinda like the prison in the TV series. We ALMOST got that in S2, but Howe's getting overrun so quickly was one of the big reasons I don't like it as much.
>/ttgg/ will soon likely be repopulated by TftB and GoT fans. Is this a good or bad thing? Both or neither?
New people in our community are (almost) always a welcome thing. If there's a lot of new discussion, we'll probably have to consider making separate threads for TWD and the other games instead of jamming it all in here.
>What new franchise do you want Telltale to make a game about next?
Someone mentioned Tintin in the halfchan thread. That would be pretty neat.
>What are you more hyped for, GoT or TftB? Why?
I'm not particularly interested in either since I'd like to see how they turn out first, but if I had to pick, I'd say TftB.
>What age do you want Clem to be in S3?*
Same age as S2. I think I'm in the minority in this actually.
>If Clem isn't the player protagonist in S3, what role do you think she'll play?*
She has to play a major role, since arguably the whole point of S1 was Lee trying to ensure Clem's survival, and S2 was her continued struggle. If she's not the PC, she'll at least be alongside you somehow.
>What art medium(s) and style(s) do you imagine an older Clem practicing and what would she draw? Imagine either the ZA never happened or she somehow found the materials, the time, and a safe place to draw regularly.
Her crayon drawings almost always depicted the people around her, so I'd argue she'd like photography more than actually drawing things. Of course, crayon drawings aren't much to base this on. Clem doing oil paintings like Bob Ross is a pretty compelling mental image though.

So yesterday on halfchan I promised to try making and eating "Le Walter Surprise" and determine how bad it tastes and whether or not it upsets my stomach and/or gives me diarrhea in order to settle an argument about whether Walter's cooking would cause dehydration.
Despite regretting this decision almost immediately, I'm still gonna try it. Now, my question is: What kind of beans should I use? Baked beans? Ranch-style beans? I'm not sure what kind they use in-game, but I need to know so I can pick some up at the store tomorrow.

>How good do you think TWDS3 will turn out to be?
Fairly good. I'm hoping TTG will learn from their mistakes with S2 (Removing hubs, spreading their resources too thin, lack of character development) and that things'll go well from there.
>What plotlines or themes would you like to see the TWD series tackle?
I think that the past two seasons have focussed mainly on survival, hope and family. I'd like to see more of a focus on rebuilding the world and giving Clementine a future - a little like how it's being covered in the comics ATM. Howe's was a bit of a missed opportunity so yeah, that'd be good.
>/ttgg/ will soon likely be repopulated by TftB and GoT fans. Is this a good or bad thing? Both or neither?
It'll be nice to have some new blood in to breathe some life into /ttgg/. I just hope we don't get flooded with other threads that drown out TWD.
>What new franchise do you want Telltale to make a game about next?
To be honest, I once had a little idea for a TTG franchise based off a Garry's Mod RP known as Jutland. It was p much based in the late 22nd century amidst a cold war with a zealot race that had only just been driven out of Humanity's colonies and focussed on the crew of the titular ship, the UEN Jutland. We actually did it in little episodes scheduled on weekends but due to inactivity and only managed to get halfway through its run because people having to return to school and stuff. Was a good run whilst it lasted, though. Had a lot of lore written up by the playerbase, which was fun. But yes, a sci-fi title by TTG focussing on a ship and its crew would be nice, or an altogether independent property. Otherwise, stick to TWD rather than spreading itself out too much.
>What are you more hyped for, GoT or TftB? Why?
GoT. I'm not really a massive Borderlands fan and GoT looks like it has more potential to do something interesting with the source material, particularly since I watch the show and read the books.
>What age do you want Clem to be in S3?*
13-14 years old at most. I have a theory that if S3 has a different protagonist, it'll start during the later events of S2.
>If Clem isn't the player protagonist in S3, what role do you think she'll play?*
Given that Clem has always been a central character in TWD, I think it'd be fitting that she at the very least act as a major character like she was in S1.
