Is it just me, or does the guy playing Constantine in the tv show sound exactly like Georgie Peorgie?

It's just you, I'm afraid. Georgie Porgie has a slightly gruff Yorkshire accent while Constantine (on the show) has a clearer voice and speaks in an accent that borrows from the Scouse (Liverpool), Manchester, and Geordie (Newcastle) accents, I think.
