His name is Gordon McAlpin, and the comic is called multiplex. It started off about a douchebag atheist filipino film buff growing a personality and become less of a complete ass, along with various mishaps around the theater. It wasn't terrible, I enjoyed it for what it was.
But then he started rub elbows with David Willis, who is basically Strawman Argument Incarnate, and as Gordon's story continued his jokes became less about ignorant or douchey patrons and more about political strawman. He would always occasionally take little swipes at things that annoyed him, but it was never this bad until now. Also, he closed the comment section on his stuff so people can no longer comment directly on his stories. What a brave man.
Hell in the beginning he had a character who came out as gay and act like a complete tool who hit on everyone. The manager (who was also gay) called him out on it and basically bitched him out for letting his orientation define his character. Multiplex wasn't amazing, but seeing it turn into this political shill bullshit…it just makes me shake my head and cringe.
