No, they do not all call each other "Negan" in the comics. They make it clear that there's one Negan and you don't want to meet him.
In the comics Abraham gets killed by Negan's men very early in the conflict, which denies them a strong dude that they really needed in the war. Rosie moves on to Eugene for some reason.
The show will prove that they have no guts at all if they don't kill off Glen, Daryl, and/or Abraham soon. Reading issue 100 was rough. Watching Glen die on TV would be rough. That's the point. Negan doesn't play around, he is supposed to be a serious escalation: he's smart AND he has an army.
