Arrow started out shit, became decent, and went back to shit; at first it was a teen drama (it is CW) but they started focusing on stunts and character development more. Season 2 is the highpoint. After that it descends into being shit more and more as Felicity takes over the show.
Flash is DC's best show. It has some of the better actors, and they roll with the campiness that comes with being capeshit. It's also heavy on the fanservice when it comes to referencing the comic it's based on.
Legends of Tomorrow is better than Arrow currently, and measures up to Flash at times. It's very, very campy but if you didn't want that you shouldn't be watching capeshit in the first place. A few of the actors deliberately over-act, and they work with their smalltime budget.
Supergirl is shit.
Daredevil is the best thing to come out of the rise of capeshit so far.
