Story goes on about this highly respected and renown doctor recognized for his considerably impossibly successful operations. Skilled in the field of medicine, surgery and the human anatomy; getting rid of late cancer tumors, fixing patients with paralysis, spinal injuries, etc.
Yet the doctor has a more disturbing side to himself. In a nutshell: A mad doctor. While he does save people's lives, the ethics of his work experience are shady at best (since he conducts surgical procedure with the patient still conscious for a more thorough procedure.) and he always drugs his patients after the operation to make them forget about it.The doctor is obsessed about the human body, willing to push the limits in which they can go. This unhealthy dedication ties to his unknown mental condition that's been unchecked during his childhood. I.E. being mistaken for a sociopath after conducting an autopsy on a rabid infected animal. And that was when he didn't know what he was doing and how rabies actually works.
The series delves into the protagonist's struggle to keep his secret while trying to help the good people he has sworn to save. Even if he is doing it due to his unnatural obsession. Complete with vivid lucid nightmares should he abstain from the operating table too often.
