Taurine, Magnesium, Melatonin, and the occasional valerian extract to sleep.
Theanine throughout the day 5 days a week, Phenibut 1 day, and the next day off. Because amazing non-sedative calmness of the mind is amazing. So far no tolerance issues with either.

I was deficient in a couple vitamins, a mess of anxiety and stress, had a haphazard sleep cycle, and could not focus on anything for long at all or remember anything for shit.
Between those vitamins, melatonin, and theanine, fixing all but the memory was surprisingly easy.
Trying bacopa for memory now. It's been two weeks so far, and supposedly takes four to actually show much progress. But Anki doesn't seem like hell now.
Got some racetams to test out later as well. I remember piracetam doing great things before, but not exactly what.
Honestly, I don't even care if it's placebo. Results are coming whether it's from the substances or not.
