There hasn't really been many truly socialist countries. Tito's Yugoslavia would probably be considered as one of them. Most of these countries either have state capitalism or outright fascism in the case of best korea.

Communism is not possible until socialism has become the dominant social system globally, socialism has occurred(briefly) in various places(USSR for a short time, the paris commune, spain for a single summer)
