It's a virtual network. The same kind you're on at home.

You know how if you have multiple devices on the same network, you can see them in your network tab.

It add whoever connects to you to a shared network. If you don't actually share anything on your computer and keep it locked away, it's untouchable without brute-forcing it.

This 'vulnerability' is two way.

Hamachi isn't a fucking FTP and it's not Teamviewer levels of retarded-access.

Another thing, once I level up to a certain extent & a situation occurs in which I need to stand still someplace to regain health,

too much shit spawns long before my health returns to even two thirds of the HP bar & then there's so much shit it's impossible to get anywhere.

This doesn't always happen, there are some places where not much spawns so there's no overwhelming hordes penalizing you for trying to regain health.

just a warning though, don't get shitloads of rapid mitosis with it. If you get it to start activating inside of eachother, the time ends up semi-multiplicative. The stopped time's duration stops inside stopped time, so if you activate watch and then do it again 2 seconds later, it'll be 7+5 and this can happen forever, extending the duration forever.

It also makes the clicking noise of the clock go on indefinitely and it's amazing but annoying.

Alright let me tell you guys a few stories.

If you get the unstable watch, and use it when origin activates, it will extend the effect of spawning imps. I believe if some one has either rapid mitosis or beating embryo, it messes with how the clock works (like >>8711412 said) and it can cause the game to spawn imps until you lose, thats fun. Try it some time with atleast 9 other people.

And here is something I came up with, ever been fucked by some cunt using the glowing meteorite to team kill /greif? Well what if every single person in the server was that cunt? Well that was my idea, tell everybody in the server to get a glowing meteorite and use it when they feel it could add the most challenge or just be the most annoying, we got surprisingly far, in all honesty its some of the most fun me and 9 other people have ever had. Try it some time with atleast 9 other people.

Not sure if it was changed but if you loop with 9 other people, instead of going to the final level you are liable to find you and your entire team up against 15-20 overloading magma worms. If you survive long enough to spawn, you should be in for some pure terror until you and your team inevitably die. Dont try it some time without atleast 9 other people.

All that being said I have never seen a server with more then 10 people in it, it feels bad man.

What is the best item build to just cheese through the entire game?

The first time I beat this I had a massive army if drones and several stacks of the frostbite activate on death boss item. All I had to do was walk through the endgame at that point.

Acrid is easily one of the best characters ingame, doing insane amounts of DOT while having a ult that spreads to enemies.

Enforcer is good, but his shield limits his already poor mobility.

His shotgun is close range only and only hits a single target.

His grenade is good but has a relatively long cooldown.

Shield smash is okay.

No mobility skill.

Shallow? plenty of items, combinations, and silly things to do ingame, and a decent psuedo-story that, once a little EFFORT is put in, reveals itself slightly more.

Anti-fun is completely subjective and you didn't elaborate at all.

The game doesn't rush you in any way, shape or form. It slowly increases difficulty, or, rather, the spawn rate of bosses and elite enemies, just over time. Lower difficulty, the longer it takes to get harder. This doesn't rush you at all.

That they max out is a myth. Their effect continues to be noticeable through higher numbers. I've had stacks over 50, definitely a huge difference between that and 11.

However, any given clover will not generally pay for itself for around 2-3 stages, and if you account for "inflation" (an early green is more valuable than a late green), it doesn't really pay for itself until you are loop-farming. If you need to loop-farm to beat the game with command on (otherwise the clover isn't a choice anyway), you really fucking suck.

So I didn't know this, but apparently using the Explorer's key in MP costs you the same as opening the chests, and if you go negative you can't loot the items. That's what fucked me so hard last game. Wasnt till stage 5 i finally understood what was going on.

I don't know about all those other items, but merc+crit+wicked ring lets you spin continuously. Throw on some syringes so you spin faster and a second wicked ring so the first hit resets the cooldown instead of the second. Don't forget the harvesters scythe so all that spinning heals you, because that's the one move the merc has that DOESN'T make him invincible (other than his basic attack which nobody uses ever).

So what are some good items for sniper? Especially Red/Rares. (assume glass/command/honor)

Commons I stack the hell out of Crowbars, then I take some goat hoofs and whichever healing item I want. I don't usually bother with crit since the spotter is 100% crit against anything I actually need it for.

Uncommons (after infusion) the only thing I can think of is Golden Gun. Smart shopper helps feed the Golden Gun a bit, and then there's feather/jetpack if you need more mobility, but Sniper doesn't really NEED it. I guess I could just stack Clovers and get even more crowbars.

For reds I just have no idea. Alien head helps a little bit, but cooldowns aren't that big an issue other than the backflip. I often end up going Rapid Mitosis hopeing to use use items more. Unstable watch is my typical choice for that, but honestly I don't use it often enough to matter unless I can stack the crap out of mitosis. Sniper is a good carrier for daggers I guess.

sacrifical dagger helps with enemies out of your reach. Anything that poisons or slows helps with things that don't instantly die, and ancient scepter helps your 4th move be better.

It adds a slow to spotter, I rarely use spotter, mainly only for bosses, and I'm not even sure they can be slowed.

Anything with "chance on hit" is kind of shitty for sniper who doesn't shoot fast or often.

I guess a 4stack of heaven cracker would be nice, assuming it does the full damage of Snipe and not just 100% base damage.

Sniper's good, but when shit goes down with all kinds of mobs, then you'll have it hard.

HAN-D is good with crowd control, and attack speed with the third skill, but is pretty slow and has a weak basic attack.

With Glass and plenty of damage boosts (crowbar/golden gun) you can drop an entire row of enemies at once with Take Aim. The only catch is you need to find a place to charge up before you get swarmed. If you're really good you can do it midair.

A server would be nice about now, if anyone can host. Unfortunately my network's set up kind of funny and I can't port forward without getting some help from the roommate who owns it.

If nobody joins my server in a bit, I might just close it. I do wish dedicated serves were a thing.

Eviscerate as he comes up, then use your **flash step* three times until he's gone, then run off, jumping and kiting enemies with your circleslash as nessecary until your HP is regen'd and your cooldowns are ready again.

I mostly kite and eviscerate. I aim to eviscerate on the down path, which is much harder to dodge than the up. I usually die when I get a little too close or Eviscerate isn't off cooldown in time.

Also, it doesn't instakill you. You can take a single shock or two from him, actually. The way to dodge him either way is to keep running one direction in a straight shot WITHOUT STOPPING as much as possible.

Scepter is generally my first red item. Massacre is a very apt name for what it does to enemies.

After that tends to be Wicked Ring/Ayylmao head for RULES OF NATURE purposes.

Then Brilliant Behemoth, because who doesn't like explosions? And it gives Merc even better crowd control. After that it can really be anything. Dio's Best Friend is a good backup.

Green is always Guardian's Heart first. Keeping shit from bleeding into your HP if it does a fuckload is important. After that, Frost Relic, then Chargefield. Maybe Infusion, but it's pretty gay when you're playing glass. Defeats the point imo.

Too many effects? wat? There's basically nothing. Can you not follow your own movement and enemy placement? They're all practically stationary when they attack. And really, your main line of defense is either staying the fuck away in the first place or using an invincibility move.

Slow movement speed is rectifiable with items, provided rngesus favors you, if you're not on Command. The teleporter RNG spawn shouldn't even matter. You'll find it eventually while item-hunting. Difficulty timer is basically nothing, just increases the amount of bosses and elites that spawn. Terrain is basically nothing for fighting enemies. Yeah, sometimes it boxes you in, but i've never had terrain itself get me rekt.

I did say level 1 to start. Normally a LOT more minor enemies spawn to fuck you up, and killing whatever is in your way is fine. I only saw like 4 in the 80 some seconds it took to kill him. I'm used to it being closer to 40.

The whole point of the exercise is spawn>portal>magmaworm. If you can do that reliably you can rush portals as fast as possible every game.

You have a point on the effects thing but that only happens with funballs. The "teleorter rng" is actually not a thing, your spawn determines 1 of like 2 possible locations where the teleporter can be, go watch a speedrun, theres your proof they almost always know exactly where it is right off the bat, because its not rng its a procedural generated predictable game mechanic, theres actually only like 5-10 places it can be, on each map, and half of those become invalidated based on your spawn, which is also limited to certain places. The difficulty timer is such a non issue, I feel like you are just grasping at straws to have an excuse to playfuly shit on the game, bump the thread and subtly request a server all in 1 post with out directly saying any of those things.

I'm just getting into playing this, and so far I'm having a blast.

Just played loader after unlocking it. It seems once I've got a whole bunch of speed and jump items, it's pretty easy to stay safe. Though, giant bastard swimming lava reptiles that fill the sky with death got me good on my second loop.
