Use a professional laser engraver… put picture of waifu in software. Put mod in machine. Laser engrave done.
That gives me an idea. It would be pretty fucking awesome to engrave my button with something. Maybe ill look into doing that

Art/engraving fag here

There are so many ways to do this that I don't even know if I should bother typing one out

look up engraving techniques and materials, as well as negative stenciling tricks.

Alternatively, look up print transfer techniques or those aluminum decal printing services (like the intel stickers that come on a PC)

I use a professional laser engraver at work.

This would certainly work on an anodized aluminum box mod. The limitation here is tha you must have the artwork prepped (not that big a deal) and you can only engrave to silver.

If you want a full-color wrap-around design, I would recommend getting a custom wrap. These have the feature of working better for curved surfaces.

Also, if you have access to a digital printer (pic related) you could print on any flat, porous surface. Additional coating would be desirable to prevent the design form being scratched off. The caveat with this machine is that it's a pain to make sure you get it right; if a mistake is made, it is difficult to remove the design and redo it.
