What would be a good mod to start with? I would be getting it from fasttech and would preferably stay below 25 dollars. I was considering the nemesis or the pegasus.

>>2286Go to angelcigs, way better shipping, good mods, great price. Although it doesn't have fasttech's selection, it makes up for it in delivery time. Now go get something easy to understand, like that Emma mod they put on sale, and couple that with a hobo RDA.
5674d7 No.2293
>>2287any other recommendations? I don't really enjoy the style of the emma. I would prefer something more lowkey
1a99d0 No.2297
>>2293Yeah, I getcha. The SMPL is one of the hardest hitting mods out there right now, so get that. It's just a tube. Just make sure you put the rda in first, and the battery in second.
5674d7 No.2298
>>2297weird….is there even a firing button?
1a99d0 No.2299
>>2298Yup. Just a button and a tube. There isn't even a top cap.

>>2299hmm its cheap and has good reviews. the only problem is that I have a kick module and want to use it since I have an rda and a kayfunv4 in the mail. Will a kick module fit in it because it doesnt look like one will
1a99d0 No.2301
>>2300Probably not, but kick modules work best when inside of a telescopic mod, so get one of those.
5674d7 No.2302
>>2301any recommendations? I will probably be copping one from fasttech

>>2302Smok tech magneto is a favorite on /vape/, but I'd go with something like the sentinel.
5674d7 No.2306
>>2303I was also looking at the pegasus. Also do i need to use the kick module if I run my kayfun with the mech mod?
bdf7f6 No.2307
>>2306nah no one uses kicks now since vapers discovered IMR / high drain batteries that don't need a protection circuit. people go regulated mod or straight mech mod.
bdf7f6 No.2308
I have a magneto but there's got to be something better these days. It is a solid mod other than the volt drop.
5674d7 No.2310
>>2307ahhh okay. I think I am going for the copper pegasus then because it looks nice and has a low voltage drop.

Figure I'll post my ultra pleb tier questions here. What is the point of modding? What can I hope to achieve, and how much can I expect to spend? I started off with the entry level Aspire starter kit (the one stuck at 4.2V output, not the variable output). Had it for about a month, dropped it on pavement one day, the tank shattered, everything else remained fine. I bought a replacement tank that would fit my battery model, but instead of the original tank, I got a KangerTech tank that takes dual coils (not sure what the point of that is). I noticed that the airflow is MUCH Better (starter tank was like sucking through a blocked hose at times), and the flavor seems better too. What else can I mod, for what improvements?

>>2318you could get a vv for 20-30 bucks if you think thats up your alley
im not sure if the kanger is a rebuildable but you can get into coils if you want
22a922 No.2339
>>2318totally off topic, but that thing looks cool as shit
I feel like I missed out on a lot of the cool looking setups by almost immediately getting into rebuildables

>>2331What is a vv? Sorry for being too retard to know much about this.
>>2339It is pretty nice, and fits comfortably in my pocket. When I get around to building my own, I'll get one slightly bigger so I need to refill less frequently. I also hope a bigger/thicker buildable will yield even better air flow.

Also, anyone else have trouble vaping in the cold? I get no vapor unless I move myself somewhere a bit warmer.

>>2413also vv are dual coil I'm pretty sure
