Vamped batteries are shit they aren't true 65 amp batteries I've heard of people venting the 18650s pretty easily and 20$ is twice as much as you should pay for a battery so definitely ditch them, you had the right idea getting a high amp battery but those are shit. Get your batteries from one of these sites

Never buy any batts from amazon/ebay/Alibaba stick with these sites they don't have much selection of 26650s they mostly just have efest but I use them and they work fine. Stick with the purple ones since your going to be using a tube mod.
Next the freakshow seems to be a pretty good atty most people like it but you should probably get a bigger atty seeing as your using a 26650 mod then why not get a 26650 sized atty ? you'll have a bigger build space

Yes you definitely need an ohm reader don't be stupid dude definitely get one if you plan on building your own coils you should also get a volt reader but that isn't as important
If you don't sub ohm then the battery you use doesn't really matter the reason you need high amp batteries is because low ohm builds require higher amps or else the battery will vent, high ohm builds don't require that many amps and are within most batteries limits… so in simpler terms high amp batteries work with almost anything while low amp batteries only work with high high ohm builds
