As of right now i have a 50w istick with a plumeveil on it, and i'm pretty unsatisfied. I'm going to sell my plumeveil and I want to get a rebuildable tank, then get a better box mod and a good cloud RDA that I can build low on. What are good tanks/RDAs/box mods out now? For the RDA i was thinking of getting the twisted messes. It's got a decent price, and tons of room to build with good airflow. As for the box mod and tank, I'm clueless. I don't really need all of the temp control form the ipv4, I just want variable wattage

The Tobh v2.5 is good, you can get a clone for under $15. Great for flavor, great for clouds.

MutationX is good for clouds for sure.

If you still want a tank and the clouds, get a Kanger Subtank. Use the rda with it.

Good box mod would be a Sigelei 150watt (Sub-$100) or IPV3 ($100). You don't really want to use an rda on an istick or anything with integrated batteries, that's a potential hazard. More so than a device you can swap out batteries.

The sigelei will fire down to .1ohms. The IPV3 upgraded does 165 watts and fires down to .08ohms.

Make sure to get some safe batteries. They both require dual 18650s. Either dual VTC4s or VTC5s.

Picture related, that's my current setup. Sigelei 150watt, Subtank Plus (Just ran out of juice though) at 30 watts, 3.1 volts with a .3ohm single coil.

My friend has a mutation X v3 and it has very little room to build on. I like the mutilator too, but it has phillips screws and backing out is really annoying

Then the Subtank is your best bet for a rebuildable tank. You have your OCC coils and a deck to build on if you prfer.

not op but I've been wanting to upgrade for months, but don't know what to get.

Got tired of my current ego setup so I just ordered something fast, though if anyone can recommend something better as well as a vender, I'll get that for more long term usage.

ok well you have taken the first big step in deciding that you enjoy vaping and are willing to put some money into it. The first questions are always gonna be the same tho. What are you looking to get out of your setup? Are you after killer flavor or are you looking to get into blowing MASSIVE clouds? Maybe you are even looking for something middle of the road where you can get decent vapor production without sacrificing to much in the way of taste. From what you purchased im guessing you are looking for something in the way of a Variable device. The options are pretty endless tho most of us tend to recommend devices that dont have an internal battery. You may find you are happy with your purchase but it seems to be only a small step up from your ego. You should try taking a look at the sigieli 150 or 100 both are advanced lever variable devices or even the ipv3 or ipv4. all of these are devices you are not gonna outgrow and will fire anything you throw at it. there are others more knowledgeable about these kinda devices on the board that can further answer your question. If you decide to come hangout in the clouds with us MechMod guys then i can help you out better.

The MVP2 is a great starter kit really. As long as you didn't buy it from them for $52.99. For ten dollars more, you could have gotten the MVP3 or MVP3 Pro.

Good choice as long as it was $35 and under

Forgot my tip. Switch out the iclear tank for a glass tank. Personally I prefer Kanger products. Protank 3 with airflow control is a good choice, and that's $15 max.

Reason for the glass tank is, there are some flavors that have to heat up a bit too much and you risk cracking plastic tanks. Glass always just tastes better when vaped with.

Also if you can, always charge it when it's halfway dead. It'll last you longer than letting it die and then recharging it. You can also use it when it's charging so long as the led is green.
