I don't know of any premade CSS templates or whatever if that's what you're saying… But I can tell you the design I have in mind.
For starters the background would be pale pink (shouldn't be vibrant as to not kill my eyes) or a gradient between two shades of pink, with the reply boxes being pale cyan.
On the bottom right corner of the page there could be a Greek statue or the dancing spurdo from /b/ & /egy/ but altered to be fully white with the head of the statue on Floral Shoppe's cover.
If possible the buttons should be styled like the ones in Windows 95 or 98…
