>my surname's coat of arms
Surnames don't have a coat of arms. Lineages do. And even then, in British and historically also French system of heraldry, a coat of arms was only passed on to the heir and not all children.
Polish heraldry does have clan-based system, so if you have a surname that is mentioned as part of a clan you can probably claim that coat of arms, but there are also some common surnames that are shared by lineages from different clans, people adopting nobility surnames despite not belonging to the family, and commoner surnames don't belong to any clan at all.
Sites offering to find you "your surname's coat of arms" are scam.
You can, however, design your own coat of arms if you live in a country in which heraldry isn't governed by a central institution (for example US). Otherwise, you'd have to submit a request, and if they decide you're important enough they grant you the coat of arms. But this also costs quite a lot (generally in a couple thousand dollars range).
