Well, it hits like a wet blanket without maximum gear, and it completely drains your gear when used, including resetting the element on your boots. Unless you're using boots that have the element of the enemy you're fighting, the new PA will find very little use.

Other thing, you cannot reset your skill points, so be very careful on what you spend them on, so check guides on a good ranger tree, you might want to max Weak bullet, standing snipe and weak hit, as for bravier weak stance is the best option if you do intend to go ranger with sat cannon, or the new launcher PA, sphere eraser.

First off, don't run 12/12s with people you don't know on Magetsu. Only do it on "safe" runs like Profound Invasion or disneyland.
Secondly, get to know people who are in active teams so they can bring their own members as well.
Thirdly, if people in the team refuse to join because they can smell how shit the run is going to be, it's probably going to be shit.

The first time i had an autism fit because i had a rough day and misplaced my anger. someone didn't follow through on what we had agreed earlier, and began organizing before i had a chance to get home. As a result, the mpa was full before our agreed upon time, and i got cucked. A random who wasn't in the team told me to log off instead of play the video game.
The second time was what he was referring to; We attempted to organize when otto didn't show up. We didnt have enough friends, so we invited friends of friends of friends and they ended up being 100% shit.
Some proposed ground rules from myself would be
1)show up about an hour before the eq if you want a seat
2)If the party is full, there will be no room made for you unless someone inside willingly gives up their seat
3)saying you will be there does not mean you will be there. We should not save a seat for you and get fucked when you decide not to show up. Basically, no seat saving.
4)Begin panic and invitation mode at around 50-45 minutes before the eq. It's kind of unfair for team members to fight for a seat in "team-mpas" when they make it on time.
Either wait a little or ask members to show up even earlier.
5) don't change the rules unless you give people advanced warning. It's kind of r00d.

If the MPA gets filled up before you log on, we can't guarantee a slot for you in the MPA.

That’s it. I’m sick of all this “Masterwork Bastard Sword” bullshit that’s going on in the d20 system right now. Katanas deserve much better than that. Much, much better than that.
I should know what I’m talking about. I myself commissioned a genuine katana in Japan for 2,400,000 Yen (that’s about $20,000) and have been practicing with it for almost 2 years now. I can even cut slabs of solid steel with my katana.
Japanese smiths spend years working on a single katana and fold it up to a million times to produce the finest blades known to mankind.
Katanas are thrice as sharp as European swords and thrice as hard for that matter too. Anything a longsword can cut through, a katana can cut through better. I’m pretty sure a katana could easily bisect a knight wearing full plate with a simple vertical slash.
Ever wonder why medieval Europe never bothered conquering Japan? That’s right, they were too scared to fight the disciplined Samurai and their katanas of destruction. Even in World War II, American soldiers targeted the men with the katanas first because their killing power was feared and respected.
So what am I saying? Katanas are simply the best sword that the world has ever seen, and thus, require better stats in the d20 system. Here is the stat block I propose for Katanas:

Anyone else experienced the worst TD3s, when they were scheduled this week, during Gaijin Hrs? Honestly, the first time I failed them, in weeks, on SH!!!!
Remember guys, if your first TD3 is shit, with towers almost all done on Wave 5 or so, 21 min on the hour, bail the hell out of there, and queue again. You will most likely be grouped with the front runners, who know what to do, and finished in 21-23 min. After that time period, you'll be grouped with the average24-27, on 28-29 mark, the shitters.
Best to fail it once, and get the 2nd one done, than to possibly fail them twice, with the same MPA. Most of the EXP comes from the last few waves.

But you know, HU is the class that has tons of survivability from automate and iron will, so you should be fine with not having to take lesser defensive options such as those.
Since you're presumably maining HU/FI, you should max your iron will instead of automate, all your fury related skills except for crit maybe, and your gear boost.

I'd give you an advice but I'm terrible with words.
When you break arm+shoulder no one should attack neck or beak(unless the MPA is weak/shit), if 3 or more do it means RED CODE (shit mpa)
After breaking both arms/shoulders he should enter on Quick/Haste Phase. If you break his beak during this (or any phase) he will expose his neck for few seconds WB NECK (its ok to WB his beak when clock is closed, but always DPS it)
If they mirage it before beak is destroyed WB CLOCK ASAP AND HOPE FOR THE BEST
If clock is broken, both time stops happened, and he is on haste phase, I would try to WB beak and destroy it.
I always carry all class TMG with mirage in case there are no TE or FO or BO.
Here is a tip/trick: When luther's clock is destroyed no one tries to mirage it, right? If you successfully mirage it he will be stunlocked.

I asked about this before, but got no response, but I guess I might as well try again. A while back, PSO2 suddenly stopped working at all. I could bring up the launcher, but when I tried to start the game, nothing happens. The game's logo doesn't even show up. It just instantly shuts itself down. It's not a gameguard issue because gameguard doesn't even start up before the game just…does nothing. Last time I had this issue, I had to uninstall and reinstall the entire game. Tonight, the issue came back, but this time, not even a reinstall fixed it, so I have no choice but to try to find out what's causing this and how to deal with it.
For the record, I don't use the English launcher, English patch, or anything at all like that. It's the straight Japanese game, unaltered in any way.
