I am on the original version with no patches, the update that removes the baby bumps for lolis and teenagers is Patch 8, and nobody has found a way to fully fix it, the only fixes are from moralfags who don't want to apply it to lolis and shotas

Here's what I know from the version I have from allthefallen.ninja and how it worked for me on Patch 19 (the special mod itself is actually made for Patch 16).
- Yes they get pregnant, get pregnancy moodlets and side effects/sickness from it, rub their own stomachs in the early stages, and other children /sims can rub their stomach "Feel Baby" when actually pregnant how ever there's no actual visible baby bump which is shitty yes, in any case even so the buffs appear to be active, using a mod like MC Command Center Script that let you see every moodlet/buff in the game has pregnancy options greyed out for children, either that's done on purpose by the mod creator to stop us or its actually a Maxis done thing hardcoded/introduces by Patch 8, when it comes to birthing stage the game does nothing and the loli becomes un-pregnant there's no actual baby.
In the end it all comes down to some reverse engineering / master miracle modding to get what we wanted done sadly and fix other issues or just staying on the original version for baby bumps. >>14565

Yes I saw that and it may be possible to reverse engineer / modify/add somethings to make it work for children. There's one guy on allthefallen.ninja Sims 4 thread that might be able to help / answer questions in this regard. Maybe, wish I knew what I had to change and edit to make it possible, I'm a Fallout: New Vegas loli modder awaiting Fallout 4 and don't actually make mod for Sims 4 myself.

I don't know how to reverse engineer mods or updates, apparently the things that control pregnancy buffs are all in the code, though the fix is in a bunch of XML files.
