4 is trained by constant playing handfull of chosen heroes.
Pick hero or few heroes that are interesting, learn everything you can, ask people and shit. experiment with builds to suit you.
5 is mainly knowledge you can find on internet + experience from game

1 always have tp scroll / boots of travel
2 play safe, better farm slow than fast and lose that gold after 1 stupid death
3 positioning, stay just in or preferably out range of enemy vision whenever possible

Get a feel of each hero's effective ranges and keep in mind their mobility items such as blink or force staff. The best range for you to stay at in a teamfight is the range you can use your abilities at effectively while the enemy can't do the same. It all depends on the situation, of course, so you have to learn to read it at every moment.
The best way to improve positioning is to simply play the game a lot, it mainly comes with experience but knowing what to look out for to improve helps a lot.

2nd bug has to do with the fact that the chrono debuff is an aura, and the default aura "stickyness" in Dota2 is 0.5 seconds, which is not ahanged for chrono aura, == making the chrono last 0.5 seconds longer than it should at all levels ==. This is easy to check by noting the battle log chrono debuff timings.
And the third one, being a somewhat minor inconsistency with Dota1, is that in Dota1 the chrono was not an instant dome of death appearing out of nowhere, it used to == expand from the cast point, reaching the full size in 0.1 seconds, making the effective cast animation of it 0.45 instead of void's default 0.35 ==. This used to allow people reacting to the timewalk to be able to forcestaff/ blink/ whatever themselves or teammates out of the chrono aoe before it caught them more reliably.
To sum it all up, in the current state Void's == Chrono lasts 0.5 seconds longer than it should, starts 0.1 seconds faster than it should, and the Timewalk is 600 units per second faster than intended ==(that's a 25% total speed increase, which is a huge deal).
Fix those bugs and Void will become much more tolerable.

Basically during the laning phase you just chuck spells and stay alive via heals. Oracle's mana is the only issue, since Soul Ring LC has basically infinite mana.

Against most ranged mids you'd like to stay passive and reach only for lasthits when you're sure you won't lose more than 25% of your health. Also try having the wave just around your high ground, that's a very important part of the laning phase.
Against ganks you don't have an escape but both Avalance and Tossing them back to the creepwave should take care of a melee support. Ranged ones though dont care for either, they'll land a skill (Hex, Stun) and that's enough for you to get killed. So unless you have wards, always keep an eye to the enemy supports location. If your solo offlane is pushed, that means they're pulling. If not, beware and stay close to the tower. You're an excellent farmer under tower, so if circumstances are bad and their supports roam, you'll have to do that all the time. Take not that under tower farming has to be done with no creeps on your side, else you'll push and you'll have to lose a lot of the exp.
Btw I prefer being Dire with Tony mid since I feel there's more high ground and Tony needs it a LOT, for either wave manipulation or having to get the enemy mid uphill to land lasthits. Also because they'll have to gank you from the river when bottom unless they want to receive a couple of tower shots and being possibly stunned by me.
