Threat is one mechanic in the game that is working correctly, the issue is, 90% of the time, that other people are doing so little damage that you cannot avoid aggro.
If i take my 40k dps arkif into a pug ISA then 9/10 times my dps is 10 times the rest. Sometimes i get lucky and have 1 other guy that knows what he is doing and then it is an easier ride and don't have to tank everything constantly.
It is a real issue in this game the gap between average dps and 'put a little effort in' dps.
It is crazy how poorly fit most players are, from t4 up there is no ship that can't manage 10k dps, most can easily do 30k, even with mk xii shit. The top end of dps is now 200k~ how the fuck are people barely managing 2k ?

at least this, mirror invasion/incursion/whatever and the Crystaline Entity, you can save the daily tokens, instead of ramming them into the event buyback store. so some characters that might only do it a handful of times for marks might end up getting the dinosaur spaceship in 8 months or a year or whenever they run it again.

Sometimes npcs did more damage than they should
Sometimes players did more damage than they should.
Sometimes npcs had their resistances made lower than they should be.
Sometimes players had their resistances made higher than they should be.
This fix will make all affected npcs take longer to kill, and sometimes they will hit you for less damage.
Now they need to roll back the HP on npcs to balance it out. If they don't, this will be like what happened with season 10, where enemies now had massive hp pools and everything was harder all of a sudden.
Not on the same scale though.
I doubt anyone doing 40k~ dps is gonna feel the difference, but people just scraping 10k will.

Strategist is official, being added in season 11.5. Secondary specialization only, so maximum of 15 points. Effects are based on whether you have Threatening Stance on or off. If it's on you get more defensive bonuses to help tank better, if it's off you get more offensive bonuses to do mad deepz.

How does one make flying a Fleet Vo'Quv worthwhile? The sole tactical seat is lieutenant commander. TT can be reduced by conn officers but that leaves you with either slotting a single attack pattern and weapon enhancement or doubling up FAW and going without an attack pattern.
