News on the korean (but not English) blog on the 30th: client is basically ready, and a pic of 21:9 aspect ratio.

CBT should start within a few weeks, it is probably going to be released in conjunction with G*star. The CBT is going to be international as far as I could tell (it was in some update somewhere), but they haven't explained how to get into the beta yet. They plan to add servers offshore on their own if ping is too high for non-korean, so hopefully no nexon, et al. involved with the game.
