The only one I played were the flash based ones. I remember my favorites being the point and click adventure game set on mata nui with bionicles, and Junkbot.

Junkbot and Junkbot 2 were brilliant games.

The only one I've ever played was one on the GameBoy, something about a pizza delivery boy trying to catch a prisoner who had escaped prison and the Harry Potter construction one (which was pretty boring iirc).

I've heard a lot of good things about the rest. I want to give the Indiana Jones one a go.
