I'd consider NWN 2 to be the high point of western crpgs. DA:O was inferior lore and story wise with slightly better gameplay in sone aspects.

I dunno anon, with renewed interest in HD editions and restorations of older crpgs, we might very well see a pathfinder rpg soon

Yeah, nah.

NWN is great because you have persistent worlds with DMs running events. Hell, some of them still exist. I used to chill on Avlis, which is still running stuff.
