My biggest problem now is with shaders and lighting.
If anyone is interested, I made 10 rooms that I ripped and DL'ed from Mario 64 in the Ultimo VR sites area.
I'll be doing many more rooms from Mario 64 DS in the next room over today, because there aren't many good room models for SM64 out there, and it is FAR too time consuming using the "dump textures and models from Project64, then re-assemble in Blender/Milkshape/etc" method.
I found a much faster (and more fun) method for 64DS. Still have to rip the models+textures though, but they are already applied to each face in the obj+mtl \(^o^)/
