I'm attempting Inedia by going without food and water as long as possible and only eating and drinking when I feel my brain isn't running properly anymore then refusing to eat and drink a long time.
I'm pretty much eating only one meal a day at this rate.
All the time I am willing myself to stay functional for as long as possible without further food input.
I don't feel any hunger at all, sometimes a little pain in my stomach, but I do experience mental fog, sluggishness, etc. as my body runs down and goes into a low-energy state.
I'm also constantly losing body heat and not able to stay warm even though I'm wearing a coat indoors.
I'm not sure I'm doing this right.
