I don't think there's any particular route order that's optimal. Oh, and be sure to remember that even choices during sex scenes are relevant if you're stuck on how to get a good ending.

Ah, I forgot to mention that some of the incidents in the VN are on the extreme side. Some people have an issue of believing they can occur, but I will say that the events in here are within the constraints of reality.

While it's certainly not the most well written VN, the comfy factor is through the fucking roof. While the plot devices may be extreme, a lot of them can be related to on smaller levels and it's really pleasant to see themes explored in a VN that aren't often done as well as they're done here.
It's certainly up there as one of my favourites if only for nostalgia purposes. Definitely a great read, and Mizuki is most certainly best girl.

OP here, finished Aeka's route. I related with the main character because Aeka's very alike my girlfriend, altough things are not that great between us so I couldn't really bear with her gonna kill myself thing.

Unrealistic to the extreme. Nothing would fix a real junkie short of fear of eternal damnation. I wonder what is likable about Mizuki at all? A spoiled only child of rich parents, does drugs and alcohol together, has no self-restraint at all. Her pictures weren't boner inducing either.
Also, I bet that any child with her would be born already an addict.
